I really don't know what makes you say this. It's not because Ryung made silver level mistakes in the way he handled mutas in this game that mutas are OP....

If he gets a protoss heavy group he'll probably at least make the Ro16 unless it's like a protoss group of death with like PartinG, herO/Rain, and maybe like Classic who is on fire right now

Imho we should blame Daedalus. Having one free map in a BO3 is huge.

Did Terran fail to scan incoming Mutas or he was just dumb and hoped to defend with absolutely no Turrets? Cause it looked so noobish, they way he died there... Defense by offense, turrets suck if the muta ball reaches like 20. Also no sane Z would do what True did, that T army looked frightening. Maybe he didnt see it lol.

He completely forgot that mutas could *also* harass his base. Hell, making three or four turrets (at least one per mineral line) was not a luxury, and he didn't even make one... (well, he tried at his third, but way too late..).And he never had marines nearby.

Most importantly, will the replacement be a Terran? We could have 5 Terrans with that replacement guy. Jjakji switched to WCS EU when he joined myinsanity. I don't think there has been an official announcement yet about what will happen to fill his place. May be a seed, may be a wild card tournament. OK. Thanks. Then we have to wait for a bit longer to know exactly how many Terrans play in Code S this season.

That style played relies totally on playing offensive and keeping the Mutas on the Zergs side of the map. Players like Maru and also Ryung in this game, who goes for an offensive bio style cannot afford making enough turrets to defend vs the Muta pack and therefore spends the money on marines and tries to defend by being the aggressor.
