Well, Sora did damage with DT and Flash took out the third and was up on workers but behind in upgrades. I think the game was pretty even at that point. But once Sora got his deathball with tempests up, he got to choose when and where to engage. Protoss late game simply has too many disengage tools. Sora dropped a lot of storms that let him retreat.
It is pretty poor design to have the longest attack range unit as well as the best zoning/disengage spells. No doubt, Sora played well to use all those abilities to their utmost. But late game TvP is just in a bad spot right now. Terrans used to have the mid game advantage but Protoss now has builds which minimizes that window as well due to their strong early game.

It's difficult to say. In a straight engagement, having like 4 PDDs (assuming 2 full energy Ravens) would be better than 2 extra Vikings, but in lategame TvP fights tend to be like the last one in the Flash vs Sora game, i. e. rather than fighting immediately Protoss runs away and flanks/harasses with Storms, then engages again. Basically a full energy Raven is better in a "stationary scenario," but if you have to move around a lot, as it usually happens, their value decreases as PDDs can't follow your army.

Well he did mistakes. But Sora made too (that army in the middle). But overall they played good. Not great but the too of 'em had GM play here.

Flash did well considering the kind of game he had after the openings.
