The koreans in every group (or Scarlett vs. Jjakji in her case) play against each other first and the EU players play the other opening match in double-elim groups. Player 1 against player 4 Player 2 against player 3 Apparently at northcon it is Player 1 vs player 2 Player 3 vs player 4 I guess the rationale behind this is to give foreigners a better chance to advance because with the traditional way they probably have to beat 2 korean players to advance and with this you could get lucky and advance with winning only once against a korean. | ||
