Apparently Showtime did not know this rule. I honestly don't know why this map is still in the map pool. How to take a 3rd in PvZ: do not force zerg to attack you. Sure. But I'm talking about Derelict specifically. This map screams "do a 2 bases all-in", since it's so wide-open between natural and 3rd, it's really dumb ridiculous. Unless you already have a huge advantage earlier, you can't take 3rd on this map under normal conditions (ie. when even with Zerg). HasuObs vs DIMAGA on this very map in previous season. Also, Naniwa's games on this map (most of 'em). That's why I said "when even with zerg". I know you can take a 3rd on this Derelict, I watch GSL/OSL and WCS EU too. But you have to deal first a ridiculous amount of damage to zerg with -say- an expensive zealot/voidray timing. If it fails, then you may be even with zerg but you can still never take 3rd and just have to manage your way with a half assed 2 bases all-in again. This map is bad in the way it dictates so much your playstyle : if this first attack does not deal enough damage, then you just can't take 3rd. HasuObs never did a timing to DIMAGA in that game. And Naniwa's zealot+void ray timing only hits after 3rd completes.
Of course HasuObs did. I just checked the VOD. Before taking a 3rd, he went out with 2 voids and a bunch of zealots. Dimaga then overreacted with much more zerglings than ever needed. Hasu may have not engaged directly, but he did a huge amount of eco damage with that pressure forcing more zerglings. And he pretty much had to.
I can't find a game on Derelict where Naniwa successfuly takes a 3rd against zerg and do not lose. Which one is it ?
Back on topic, hopefully MVP gets through. It would be weird not to have him in the next round. I find it funny though how a guy who calls himself "Showtime" displays so little aggressivity in his playstyle

Who's showtime? It says he beat MVP :O

Someone seriously needs to make this card game with sc2 pros, would play.
Seed's card could be a spell card that does a life steal or a soul steal, soul steal like takes a target card's effect or stats.

naniwa jokes seems like one of the better SC2 pass times.

Time to work on that mindset of yours. So who is the bigger and better man? Clearly it is the one with the grander beard. You don't have to feel intimidated by anyone, you see.

"Full Tefel"
Once Full Tefel enters the field, you lose the game. You must have more cards in your hand than your opponent to play this card.
