in short - tefel's mistakes are obviously the only reason MVP was able to win, but a lesser player than MVP wouldn't have been able to snowball it like he did

In fact, I think this is probably a bigger throw than any game I've seen in my 3+ years of SC2 and 2000+ ladder games XD Lol lets not get too excited. Innovation had to win one game out of four, plus actually has the natural ability to be the very best player. Tefel is fundamentally a worse player than MVP and threw away a huge lead in one game.

It was an amazing throw. If you get really far behind, then your opponent donates armies to you, its a throw, not a comeback. Why not both??? ![]() 100% agree, Tefel's brain farting alowed for MVP to make his comeback.

MVP understands that for him to be able to make money in the future there needs to be at least the suggestion of actual competition.

True, I've never seen a blue flame run by wipeout most of the drones/probes, or a hell bat drop during a professional game. Someone is really butt-hurt about his losses in bronze league to some terran players Not at all, MVP traded perfectly and tefel just walked units into tanks. What bothers me is wiping out someone's econ and it not actually wiping out their econ. It's a bit broken, like say...prenerf infestors.

Had it been against a Code S calibre player it would be a different story. Yea it's not like he did the same against the winner of the WCS finals or anything. Yeah, Mvp definitely isn't known for this kind of comebacks. It's probably just luck. There's a difference between a semi-decent EU player and a Code S player (and a champion at that). MVP doesn't look as good here as when he played Bogus. Noone said anything about MVP being lucky or that he is not capable of a comeback...

Which is not only totally irrelevant to this game, Innovation also threw it by playing an inferior composition and getting cocky. Then MVP wins a big fight late on. It was Tefel and Innovations to lose, and they both did.

Just the fact that Mvp played absolutely PERFECTLY is extremely impressive. Tefel threw, yes. But the way Mvp played was absolutely mindblowing. If he hadn't, he'd have lost. I don't find anything impressive with how Mvp just continued playing. He didn't do anything special. I am significantly more impressed with how Tefel refused to reconsider the situation he was in.
