I mean their custom overlay with the actual games won tally, rather than just the Blizzard one with supply. It IS up there now though and I'm guessing you were just late to read my post and assumed it was always up there.

I assume English is given some preference, most non native speakers I've met were made to prioritize English over other languages at some point and time during their primary education.

I think they do learn English and not chinese.
It should be similar to hk and japan system, where you spent primary school and some years of secondary school having english as a seperate subject while chinese/japanese as another compulsory unit until some year into secondary school
