Tiny splotches of animated blood? Not a huge deal really. I don't think my daughter has ever even mentioned it before. She's intensely interested in the strategy behind the game though.

I can definitely see children disliking music like that, it's not friendly for my ears either. Still, the mute button exists and I at the very least am making great use of it.
