I don't think so. BB4 tried to harras the 3rd but lost in that time almost the game. If any units gone missing from that fight you could harrass the fourth but you would lose the whole game.

BW noob asking here; who are top 5 ever? By my knowledge as a SC2 fan, I would say top 7 is Boxer, Nada, iloveoov, Savior, Flash, Jaedong and Bisu. Would be nice to hear some "BW elitist" peoples thought
Depends if you mean by "greatness" or by pure skill.
Greatness it would probably be the bonjwas i.e. Boxer/Nada/Oov/Savior/Flash (with Jaedong coming extremely close).
Skill I'd say Flash/Jaedong/Bisu/Stork and 5th would be either Jangbi or Fantasy.
Agreed Flash Jaedong Bisu Stork DEFINED modern starcraft. You have to say all of them or neither, one coexisted because of another.
For example it was Stork that pushed Flash to make 2 armory build. It was Flash and Jaedong an up and coming rookie stars that won their first finals vs Stork.
Fanta and Jangbi were supporting cast and last champions/runner up duo.
It's true that without the competition of each other, none of them would've been able to rise to the same level... However it's indisputable whose peak towered highest over all his peers.

Isn't expanding and not missing a beat on upgrades defined as... macro? Redundancy much. Good decision-making by Flash, nothing else to draw from this game.

It's near flawless macro. Something even most pros can't get a tight grasp on.
