Some tournaments have disallowed it because 1) It can steal viewers who would otherwise watch an official stream. 2) Taeja may not have considered the possibility of stream watching, which can cause problems if he later complains to admins that he suspects something. 3) Even if Taeja is willing to take the risk, spectators may be critical of the match result if something weird happened, thus de-legitimizing the tournament and its results. 4) Streaming can result in increased latency and thus resulting in worse matches and more excuses from spectators (just like when Koreans play online and everyone screams "LAG!"), again de-legitimizing the tournament and its result. Overall I don't think it is a big deal here, and if it happens to be against some rule he will likely just be warned not to do it again.
