- This Masters Cup is for SEA citizens and residents only. There will be an open event in 1 month, where non SEA players are welcome to join.
- Games will be played on SEA server
- Chance to win $10 just for playing
- $175 prizepool
- 300 power rank points up for grabs which go towards end of season tournament

The Masters Cup is a single elimination style tournament. $100 prize on offer to the winner, $35 2nd prize, $20 3rd. $175 prize pool! There is also 300 power rank points up for grabs. This event is sponsored by Eddie, Silicon Sports +Sc2sea.com

SEA Power Ranks is the system we shall use to determine seeding. We shall be allocating points for placing highly in each Masters Cup, wT Weekly, and other online sea tournaments. These are then added to a players career total points to work out our tournament seeds. Masters Cup is one of, if not the toughest event in our region, so points will be given from 1st to 16th place to reward those who finish highly, but might just fall short of the 1st-3rd cash prizes. It also serves to reward regular participation.

Points break down

1st - 100 points
2nd- 60
3rd - 40
4th - 20
5th-8th - 10
9th-16th - 5

(300 points total for a standard Masters Cup)

* Double points shall be given for International editions.

$10 just for joining this Masters Cup!!

One lucky participant shall receive $10! While not a massive prize, its a free pizza, or a couple beers, etc, just for playing some sc2! Even if you are eliminated early be sure to stick around, watch the high quality games, and listen out for who will win (It may well be you!). Purpose of this is to encourage player participation, and offer a small reward for those who fail to place, as every game is of a high level. Depending upon future donations/sponsorship this may continue or be replaced by some other sort of prize, eg hardware. It shall be trialed this Masters Cup, as always, feedback welcomed. The prize draw shall be done live on stream using http://www.random.org/. If the number generated, matches your randomly seeded number on challonge.com, you're the winner! (Except if you no showed and got walked over in the early rounds, then we'll redraw, as it is designed to reward participants)

Tournament Eligibility: SEA citizens and residents only. You must be in Diamond, Masters or Grand Masters League on any server. Lower players will be disqualified.
How to Sign Up: Post your SEA ID, country + account most known by (If different from registered account, eg NA, KR ID).

Prizes: -Winner gets the $100 prize and bragging rights for being the best of the best. $45 for 2nd, $30 to 3rd - *Prize pool may increase
