Why? He three-killed Liquid's korean lineup in IPTL and 2-0'd Stephano, with consistent victories against Korean's and top foreigners. Seems pretty cool to me.

Stephano is better. Scarlett is also in the Ro8 with him and put out more results than him in previous tournaments (more earnings) so saying 'not close enough' is a really fucking stupid. I'll agree Snute and Nerchio look below him right now.

Scarlett is better than Goswser, even Goswser said so in one of his recent posts.
I think he might be ahead of Nerchio, but not Snute. Snute has been rolling people lately and is doing awesome.

Scarlett and Stephano both have more impressive kill list than Goswser recently, and they all in round of 8 so we might be able to find out.
