Is there any way to force speed-stepping off while logged into Windows 7 (while having it on in the BIOS, so I can manually toggle the ability off when I need full power)? Does someone know if the T.Probe 'Xtreme Phase Performance Mode' does anything like this? I'm actually still getting the lagging now, but then it does speed step the videos sometimes even when EPU is set to the normal setting. It could be internet, but I wouldn't have thought it would have more of a habit of lagging during more intense moments due to limited bandwidth. Could it just be internet being shitty a those times then? | ||
