From page 85 and onwards anyone contributing to a gender discussion will face moderation.
I feel the need to remind people that balance commentary and complaints are not acceptable posts in LR topics due to the fact that they will derail any tournament topic that it is left unchecked in. If you participate in it you will be moderated.
It should also be clear that any SC2 vs LoL debates have no place in this thread. |

last IPL i found it so interesting to hear the commentators talk about how foreigners played and gave their takes on the non korean styles and personalities out there.
so dissapointed that they can't do it again this time.
at least the GOMTV staff are giving us an awesome production T_T.

I think pretty much all the players sitting in the WB seeds are totally fucked

The fact that he was able to stretch it out is just a testament to his skill. How, he lost 1 scv, and killed 6 drones. The only loss he took was about 20 seconds of barracks float time back to his natural. if you don't even know what the kills/losses were then why are you replying. because your numbers are wrong yo Funny because thats what the casters said, and you cant go off anything else unless you individually counted the losses. Hence the "oh wow what micro by Ryung he only lost 1 scv" He lost 1 scv during the ling chase, not during the entire 11/11 ah, my bad then.
if the casters said that they were wrong. long after the rush was over they showed workers lost and scarlett had only lost 5 drones. she also killed 3 marines.

Watching DRG and MMA win through sheer mechanics was always incredible. Still not very fair to say that it's easy to replicate what scarlet is doing. 2011 was so much better :[ I think the games getting better. Two months ago it was basically unwinnable for other races, but now Terran has figured out how to deny creep mid-lategame and engage even better than before. PvZ is still a problem but there are WoL patches upcoming that I believe address that.
you mean the fact that T winrates is shitty once infest count gets > 10 and P once hive tech kicks in mean the games are getting better because you can 3b all in them ? (mech/bomber) or basetrade on bigmaps (Whirlwind)?

I know its not a place for talking about balance issues but I think Starcraft 2 right now is broken because of the Infestors. Its not a chess play anymore in TvZ because one of the player has clearly advantage. FTFY

Yeah, and now Nestea hasn't won anything since forever and DRG is barely relevant any more. I agree that infestor-corruptor-broodlord isn't as interesting to watch, but don't blame zergs for using it. I'm not blaming them, I understand why they do it. It's the best style and it wins. That doesn't stop it from ruining matches/matchups. I want them to lose because I want to watch good games. Good games happen when the Zergs go away and the Terrans get to duke it out with some Protoss thrown in there.
We've fallen a long way from the time when the "best day of GSL ever" last October was a bunch of TvZs.

A liitle late and there were problems with enconding on streams. Other than that, almost no downtime, amazing games, amazing casts.
