I haven't received an email either. When I tried to chat with them, it just says "We will be with you shortly.." then switches to an email form. I have sent an email, but no response yet.

Same problem, here. However I'll quit coming back after my Gold membership expires. I can understand stream problems with changing venues and occasional hiccups. But virtually every tournament has had issues for those paying for Premium stream. I'm sorry, but I'm paying for something and in 2 years you still haven't figured this out. I'm certain there is some other organization that would like my money.
I will give MLG props for generally having excellent tournaments. But I'm tired of the fight to watch it.

I guess I am at the end of the list or something, my last email from MLG was End of Nations beta key 26th of September. Nothing in spam folder.

Thank god for Twitch. I received an email from MLG. I logged into my twitch account and then I copy pasted the voucher at the bottom of the email below the signature. You have to press the purple button on the redeem page to get it to play.

As aggravating as it is to have a really awful internet connection, it does completely solve any sort of debate as to whether I should want buy an HD pass. My internet lags on 720, so what's the point?
