The time has come for the GSL World Championship Qualifiers!
When: Thursday, Oct 25 11:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) (we will also rebroadcast repeatedly afterwards!)
Format
The GSL World Championship Qualifiers are made up of two brackets. One for Europe and one for North America and the rest of the world. From the European bracket, two players will earn their way into the GSL World All Star Team and from the World bracket, one player will earn their way into the World All Star Team. Each player will also be given a paid trip to IPL5 to compete in the main bracket!

IPLMap Ohana
IPLMap Entombed Valley
The first map will be on a set rotation, and then it is loser's pick.
Casters
Today's games will be commentated by Kevin Knocke and Frank Fields!

How can White-Ra lose if that's the picture you chose?

Those are tough matches to call. Could only bring myself to vote on the first one.

Kas should beat White-Ra, for the other matches I don't really have an idea, although I'd give Grubby a small edge.
Ret vs Demuslim is a battle of two players who take turns to look brilliant one day and then look terrible the next day, I can't predict which of their versions showed up when the match was played.

Grubby surely is the favorite.
Demuslim can beat Ret judging by the quality of play on ladder, and both of theirs perfomances online recently. Could go either way.

Its because it is. Ian Fleming made the character after White-ra. Originally the main character was called James "White-Ra" Bond but because of copyright infringement Ian Fleming had to go with just James Bond. True story

In the 3rd game he made his spine really late, even when he had 300 mineral and a queen building he just attacked with his drones/lings instead of making spines and defending.

I know that almost all foreign zergs can easily have dealt with it but I hate watching them so I prefer to alter my perception of reality to suit my distaste of them.
