These games were most likely played before his suspension.
No they weren't. Besides I'm pretty sure he was only suspended from live events or something.
"Today, Evil Geniuses announces that French Zerg player Ilyes “Stephano” Satouri has been suspended without pay for the remainder of October, following his recent inappropriate comments. He will be ineligible to participate in all online and offline competitions during the month of October, including the upcoming GD Invitational and DreamHack Bucharest tournaments for which he was previously signed up."
Stephano was only suspended from tournaments that he was scheduled to participate in but had yet to start, but he was allowed to continue playing in tournaments that had already started such as NASL 4 and Stim to the Win. As a result of his suspension Stephano has missed the GD Invitational and DreamHack Bucharest. As well as NASL 4 and Stim to the Win, Stephano has also recently played for EG against team MVP in a Team League, although it is unclear whether his 4 matches in IPTL were played before his suspension occurred.
So good to see a good game like this, that was awesome, such a good fight. Love the broodling, so good. But they should last longer , it would be even better.
Stephano won the crucial battle to take the game. So many highly upgraded Broodlords melted those stalkers so quickly. NightEnd played extremely well though with his DT harass, unfortunately for him Stephano will now learn to build a spore/overseer to counter that tactic.
I never whine about imbalance, but this is too much even for me. 5 vs 1 base, no problem for zerg. Nightend choose his engagement rather poorly, but the outcome was just not making any sense.

By the time the DT harass occurred, Stephano had already amassed his death ball army and finished upgrading it. This was possible because he had maintained the economic lead for a large part of the game by going up to 5 (and briefly even 6) bases while killing the Protoss 4th bases several times.

Pretty much this. What happened to Nightend is what can happen a lot when you go mutas against Protoss. You spend so much time focusing on destroying their economy, but it doesn't matter because they still managed to get an unkillable army. It doesn't matter if he can't replace the army because it's not going to die anyway. Nightend spent way too much time and resources killing everything but Stephano's army.

Exactly Stephano had to use his bank and resources to rebuild all those bases/tech structures after the DT harass and this hampered his ability to remax, but he never needed to remax his army after that point.

And I think that is why people are complaining. It is not just a balance in terms of win/loss because like you said, Stephano had the eco lead. It is more like once Zerg gets that composition, it is just WAY to cost effective that you can't even try to trade. But since the zerg is immobile, they can't defend multiple bases. It just doesn't make viewing exciting. It would be like basketball without a shot clock. Sure, one team played better and get the lead, but then they can just hold the ball for 10 minutes and wait for the game to end. Do you think people will pay to watch that? I think the BL/infestors army needs to be more mobile but also weakened so there is a good way to engage it somewhat cost effectively (even if not 1:1, maybe 1.2:1?)

Don't be like that. It will get better, you'll see.
It's not even just the play, which has been sub-par. But since this summer, it's been nothing but negative news, drama, and other shit.
Recently, all this shit has really shaken my perceptions of some of my favorite players and teams, and not in a good way. It's quite unsettling, really.

Protoss is doing fine on the global scale. At least 5 of them made top 8 at DH, two korean terrans couldn't manage even that.
wow what a powerful argument
results wise protoss is fine because 2 base all-ins still work, playing the race is sad.
Meh, I'm just saying. Top two in WCS earlier were Rain and HerO or something?
Sure, PvZ sucks. But if anyone should be complaining, it should be Terran which isn't winning anything or being represented by anyone but MVP.
results wise protoss is REALLY good in korea but only average in foreign scene, also i assume you mean WCS korea, top 4 was all protoss with 1st place being rain, 2nd parting, 3rd liquidhero and 4th hero[join]
