We already saw Sun play and he's got a much better record than JD in sc2.
A single bo3 series means nothing either way, but I hope JD can win =)

It proves nothing. Sun vs Curious proves nothing, Jaedong vs Alive proves nothing.
Its all individual series. of 4 players. Jaedong played 8 games in PL all of this is just miniscule scale.
However it can give you a hint.

Oh my god... I'm rooting for Jaedong, but I kind of think the elephant will be slain tonight... Unless it's still too soon? I dunno, I think pretty soon we'll be able to say no, SC2 progaming was never a farce. Anyway, kind of hope I'm wrong haha, I hope Jaedong DOMINATES Alive, but Alive is good, it could be a very good and close game here.
Edit: Also, I agree with marajua above. If this was GSL I'd understand, it's not however, it's WCS, we shouldn't have to pay to read supply counts.
