Will you be flying players from KR and US and paying their expenses? Because if not, I don't see who could be able to spend that money for a tournament with not small, but not that big prize money for it being worth it.

Anyways, I was hoping that you will starting to do something like this tournament, good luck [:

What on earth made you think that this is the world's first? lol

Cool tournament though! I don't think there will be many absolute top players coming there because of the small prizepool, but I'm sure a lot of mid tier European pros who live in/near Poland will come.

Is there any other house like this, with coach and shit? Nope.
GOM is just a place to live and play in Korea, and team houses are restricted.
There are also a lot of tournaments nearby in Europe so people might come.

Not in MoW atm. In Sweden before nordic WCS, then going to Korea for a few weeks with friends (vacation and kr prac), then back to EU for tourneys and staying some in Swe/EU for the rest of August. Will maybe return to MoW in September, but don't know for sure yet! [image loading]

You can join EU qualifiers but if your opponent is from EU you have to play on that server.
That's all. Ofc if bot players are from NA you are free to play on that region

Ah. Some people should be a bit more grateful, especially with DIY tournament organizers. There was a time not too long ago that players and fans would be more than overjoyed for a chance at a $5,000 online tournament, nevermind an offline event.

Ok... people.
We had some problems and I'm the only one to blame.
Our servers were DDoS-ed by some... nasty guys. We weren't able to block him for good and the page went down.
I'm VERY, VERY sorry! Hoping for all of you to be at the next qualifier when we will have everything working!

Don't forget Ret and Snute, they should do fine. Also Tarson stepped up his game lately, so I would recommend watching his games, also he's terran :D

100% agree. I don't know about her knowledge yet but she's certainly a very good speaker. I could easily imagine her casting some of the big tournaments.

Well, she is rets girlfriend. But i gotta agree She never talked too much on rets stream. At least not about strategy and gameplay. They have also casted some games together in the past (for example at homestorycup, i think).

But i havent seen her cast without ret yet. This time, the cast actually relies on her. No ret here to overshadow her. And she is doing awesome

So keep it up, retsGirlfriend. And maybe say your name from time to time, so we dont have to call you retsGirfriend all the time;)
Great job!

Okay, this has me utterly confused, why is Ret so damn grumpy.

The polish lads trying but shes definitely carrying this event. Good on camera, very natural and seems to be getting more confident as it runs. Game knowledge seems good, shes better than a lot of casters we're regularly exposed to (she isn't even drooling‼). Bigger tourneys should definitely look to hire her ( assuming she's interested ).

He won with the 2rax, he could be doing pretty much anything at that point and win :p

A diamond player could win vs ret at that point.

LOL, how is Z supposed to beat that?

I guess Fuzers style is pretty strong on maps that can be split effectively (Metropolis, Daybreak)

3/3 mech with raven support and planetaries spread across the map like they were creep tumors, and the terran had a firm foothold of half the map.

TvZ has always been easier for the terran once the game goes to split map.

You engage, kill key units and then remax with ultralisks :p He had like 8k minerals and 5k gas. That's a lot of ultras. Vikings and ravens are not that good against it.

I don't think he can afford it:p
It's hard to scout what exactly terran has, so you don't always have right tech prepared. But ultra swich is nothing new vs air terran. Stephano was doing it at last MSI final vs supernova.
Well, Ret is reading this forum so he will says himself what was wrong. I'm just telling you guys my opinion.

the reason why terran 1 1 1 is called it cauz the banshee tank and marine compliment each other rly well forcing ur enemy to balance 3 units. If u count static defense as a counter to baneling then technically ur opponent has to balance 3 units to counter roach bane ling.
