I wouldnt say legitimate but abusive play. Works only because of actual metagame, requires 0 skill, provides 0 entertainment. All we want in a RTS game. It's just plain ol' cheese, nothing especially abusive about it. Beats greedy builds, loses to safe ones. Imo, roach/bling busts are a lot worse in this respect, because they transition easily after doing a modicum of damage and straight-up kill a whole bunch of openings. Its abusive cause terran MUST play greedy vs zerg nowadays. How cant u understand that? i guess u never played or watch a recent TvZ. Violet bust is very strong (op?) but not abusive in that regard cause not dependant of metagame. It can works even if terran open safe 13 gaz. I really think your understanding of the term "abusive" differs from that of most SC2 players. Yeah, this word is so difficult to understand that i may have been lost,in the depht of meaning. Hopefully u will enlight me with a good traduction? Because im too dumb to find it on the internet. "Abusive", adj.: any successful strategy that the word's user disapproves of. 2. adj.: specifically, used to describe a strategy which Evil Genius's IdrA has lost to.
But honestly, the word abusive is used too much and has lost any sort of meaning. I don't think that abusive is the right term to describe 6 pooling in the current ZvT metagame to counter the majority of Terrans going CC first.
+ Show Spoiler [GSL Spoilers!!!] +What Byun did to NesTea in Game 1 of their most recent Code S series, that was abusive. I love Byun and he's certainly not the only one at fault (GOM should have done a better job to prevent that), but abusing the fact that there was no neutral supply depot is abusive play. That's not how the game is supposed to function.

Finally worked out for him this time. not exactly even payback lol. GSL is a tad more prestigious, not that i dont love tsl xD If GSL is more prestigious, then it's even worse that Oz fooled around and did not take his games as seriously after he had already qualified. I'm just sad that Polt did not manage to qualify

Please update the bracket with Keen vs Life's result.

Life was already guaranteed a spot in the tourney based upon being #1 in the TSL points, so that was why he chose to all-in. Can't speak for the other Z players.

TSL 4 seems to be Korea-Europe showoff tournament.

So sad Polt didn't make it, he always makes for awesome games

Great job Keen, so happy he made it

Grats to Keen, however seeing that Life only needed ZvP and ZvZ to advance to the finals, while Keen had to play mostly TvZ before, it doesn't really surprise me that he eventually won. Nevertheless great performance!

He was in the position where he can choose who can go through, if he chooses Keen, that's fine, Seed has no saying whatsoever in this. This game is not like Nestea vs Naniwa where 2 players can't change any results.
And FFS, the kid is 15 years old, if he has classes tomorrow and doesn't want to drag the games out, are we adults gonna flame him too? Life doesn't care about sin because he is already in ze nexT life.
Life is busy writing his Star's Tale.
