PokerStrategy.com presents to you: Liquid`Sheth against MǂFeast in a Best of 11 showmatch for $450!
PokerStrategy.com has done it once again, another showmatch between two big names in Starcraft 2.
Fresh from his 8-4 victory over the seasoned veteran Protoss player White-Ra in the last PokerStrategy.com showmatch, Feast returns looking to take another ex-brood war player down. The Manner Bear himself, Liquid Sheth, will be facing the young blood in another deep series. With not only the showmatch vs White-Ra under his belt but also, 4th place at IEM world championships and the other Top 8 spots in various IEM events Feast is hoping to add yet another victory to his name this coming Friday. The “Nicest guy in Starcraft”, Sheth, is coming fresh from not only a 4th place at the recent One Nation of Gamers invitational but earlier this year Sheth managed to all-kill Evil Geniuses in the IPL Team Arena Challenge taking out some extremely big names in the scene.
Having already showcased PvP earlier in the week, the PvZ ahead should be one of excitement and variety with a bit of good humour thrown in. With some extremely strong macro and strategizing from Sheth and Feast's speed and adaptability; this showmatch is all but guaranteed to be an event to remember.
The event will be broadcast from both players points of view on their own streams but PokerStrategy.com has taken it one step further. Should you wish to watch as a spectator with casters too, there will be an English cast provided by Z33k (this is also where you can see the live score). This allows the most detailed enjoyment of the games possible!

Results: Feast 5:6 Sheth. Congratulations to Sheth!
Predictions: Samuli "elfi" Sihvonen: Feast has been developing alot and I d say sheth havent been in his best shape lately so this will go for feast.I ll say feast will win this 6-2.
Sebastian "Forsen" Fors: If this was a shorter series I would predict Feast the winner cause of his 2base style and Sheth's ability to often get caught with his pants down when he faces it. But the same trick usually wont work twice on sheth and because of that he will definatly win in a long series such as bo11. 6-4 to Sheth.
Silviu "NightEnD" Lazar: I think both sheth and feast are equal in skill and i find it hard to say who's gonna win but i will give the edge to Sheth since this is a show match and i think we might not see Feast doing to many 2 base all ins . So i say 6-5 for Sheth , if this was an offline event i would have said 6-3 Feast .
Rickard "SortOf" Bergman: I think sheth will win Feast might have a good chance, but Ive seen more of sheth then i have of feast, so from what ive seen id have to say sheth will take it. Anyways i think the score will be close 6-5 or 6-4 for Sheth, probably 6-4.
Watching Feast's stream the guy is a beast! I always support Liquid as my favorite team, but I think Mill.Feast will edge out the manner bear. Tuning in for sure, best of luck to both players!
I don't see Feast going for too much 2 bases allins, even though he'd win 6-3 with this strategy But that's a showmatch, so I give the edge to Sheth, 6-4

I heard from a zerg player, forgot his name...always drunk with french accent and strange hairs...nvm, that Sheth uses to play with his keyboard on his knees !
Considering you meet Sheth everyday in your mirror, is it true?

They are not for entertainment purposes
Bad English on my part? I meant that due to the entertainment of them, I like them. Not beautiful strategy or intense battles, but tense and fun weirdness.

Great series, this! Please don't give Feast too hard of a time for cannon rushing, etc. I think it made the games interesting, Sheth certainly didn't mind, and frankly cheese is just part of the game.

GOGOGOGO SHETH!!!
To me, a cannon rush is only cheese if it's your entire gameplan. Cannon-rushing, hatch-blocking, bunker rushing, 8 pooling, when executed well, they can give you an edge. Feast was building probes and expanding behind his cannon rushes and they were well executed. That one on Antiga was really clever!
This is off topic but I'm a scrub who used to get really angry when stuff like that happened to me. Since then, I've just decided that there's no such thing as cheese and it has helped me immensely. In thinking of it as a legitimate strategy, I think "Oh, I should have scouted better", and if I lose, I can say "gg" and move on instead of getting angry which is just destructive.
Back on topic, I enjoyed the entire series, it was a lot of fun with two very skilled players. A little bit sad that I couldn't watch Sheth's stream, because I love hearing his comments and watching his playstyle from his own perspective, but z33k did a good job, so thanks to them for streaming!
Sorry this comes a bit late, but TL user "kith" wins the Liquid`Sheth autograph! Congratulations for correcting the final outcome correct Fun fact: you were one of six correct guesses.
