Poor marineking, seems like he's destined for another ro16. I guess if he can avoid symbol he has a decent chance though. Group c fascinates me as well. NaNi, genius and two unpredictable Terrans. Could be explosive.

Group B: Symbol and MKP Symbol beats Squirtle, MKP beats MC, and then Squirtle beats MC ): Grouip C: Keen, Genius (Genius to get his revenge, Keen is good.) Group D: DRG, NesTea (DRG will probably win this GSL)

He is basically very similar to Marineking in his style, but plays it out way more clever and solid. It's no surprise that he got chosen so late. He finds himself in very doable group for him. Genius, Naniwa are two of the very best Protoss', but well, everyone in the Ro16 is fucking scary these days. There are no easy opponents at this stage anymore, so you have to live with the lesser evil, and Byun definately got it this time. You do realize that byun only cheeses/allins against everyone?

Honestly it's not Byun's fault that everyone just dies to his pushes and he can't even macro. Edit: he can't even get into his macro-mode*

Well I think the macro games Byun showed so far were pretty convincing. He has a very good mixture of standard allins, cheese, unorthodox macro strats and absolute standard play. That's what I meant with clever. He has a good mixture of strategies and chooses them well according to maps and opponents.

Oh well, season ticket is a useful talant toi have at least. Got noooo idea how it'll end up though. I have a hard time seeing MC advancing, and a hard time seeing Symbol not doing so. Squirtle vs MKP though? Really hoping for the former, but damn...

You do realize that byun only cheeses/allins against everyone? no he doesnt actually the reason he is so cheesy nowadays is because he used to have the reputation of the guy who only plays 50minutes game and who will camp the first 15. literally. so ppl would triple expo and get away with it vs him. so he changed that, and along the way he realised terran cheese is good, and kinda better than straight up play vs both toss and zerg. he can macro anytime he wants, hes already proven it.

Squirtle just came 2nd in resent GSL Symbol definatly played at the top of the top level in the previous round. If he keeps playing like that hes DRG class definatly. MKP... well, its MKP... maybe the best armycontrol in the world and has crushed MLG lately.. and.. hes MKP MC... nuff said
