You should add theStC..
Anyway this should be a good match

What a lover's quarrel. Will be a fun match.

a Teamkill in a Teamleague.

A teamkill in a teamleague.
WTF?!
|
I'd love if Quantic won, but it's unlikely.
|
While you could argue that this has a clear winner. It's not going to be a walkover.
|
Aphrodite allkill? Maybe?

Naniwa all-kill
It's even possible.
|
Depending how who Quantic sends out, this could be really close or they could get blown out.
|
Maybe if stc and naniwa play really well, but even so I think startale is too strong.

WTF?!
ST.Quantic is a GSL co-op team, like Slayers.EG.

could be very interesting since naniwa and sase live in startale house !

No. Just No.
Quantic aren't that bad.

I think this should be really good if Quantic's A-Team is available.
|
The timing is pretty funny on this as it's quite early in Korea and really late for those at DH.

This isn't live I bet it was played either earlier today or yesterday.
|
Quantic has a decent shot if their big three are all used (nani, sase, stc). Vile's 3 stars (State, Illusion, and Hawk) are good snipes too.
|
well naniwa just dropped the ball completely.

You, Sir, make a whole lot of sense.

Ouch, Quantic already losing one of their big three to Tiger hurts.
|
Sase coming in! love that guy.
|
why would they forfeit a game

I like how Sase's Korean account pretends to be MacSed. Naniwa was a bar account.

SaSe and MacSed are apparently buddies back from their WC3 days or something.

wtf just happened? why no sase v tiger?

Ok so, we may have the wrong order for these replays. Bear with us, this is going to get tricky. Many, many apologies.

Also showing why you shouldn't do that.

Oh no. Foreigners, goes for counter to korean's build, gets rolled anyways. Granted this was more a question on wtf positioning.
|
It's funny that Quantic and Startale can't count to 9 and number their replays
|
Did they went offline or is twitch being twitch again?

Broadcast in reverse. LOL
|
So the first game we saw was actually last game?
|
So what happened? Twitch doesn't automatically restart when the stream comes back up (cos it's crap).
|
Unfortunate guys, but kudos for coming straight out with it.
|
So if they got them in reverse order, they showed the final game first. Which was Tiger vs Naniwa.
So we all know the results already?
|
That's one big kebab for you ..

On June 15 2012 08:33 Dexington wrote: So if they got them in reverse order, they showed the final game first. Which was Tiger vs Naniwa.
So we all know the results already? I don't think they showed them in reverse order because Nani/Tiger weren't in the other game either.
|
Wait, what! Did they reset the whole series?
Edit: Nvm, it turned out they mixed up replays.
|
Which was Tiger vs Naniwa. So who won that match? Later on they said those were games from somewhere X in the series.
|
I don't think it was reverse order. How did it go from Kingkong/Sase -> Tiger/Naniwa?
They messed up the order entirely.
|
What the.. So back to 0 - 0 lol.
|
Apocalypse Sase and Naniwa are the only 3 players on Quantic that can actually win games here.
|
On June 15 2012 08:35 SarcasmMonster wrote: I don't think it was reverse order. How did it go from Kingkong/Sase -> Tiger/Naniwa?
They messed up the order entirely. I bet Tiger - Nani was the last match, but they missed something inbetween which is prolly nani beating kingkong..

Those games were apparently played before ipl, so thestc didn't play
|
well apoc's mech army just got smashed and 50 supply down lol

Although Apocalypse has a lot of space for improvement on micro-multitasking, I think he has a pretty sick play style.

I know Quantic has a lot of faith in Theognis, but I don't know what they know, and with only four more players at their disposal, I would've preferred Hawk/Illusion/SaSe/NaNi/TheStC(?). Hope this works though, gogogo Big Red Steering Wheel!

Sorta expected, sending out Theognis, who is relatively inexperienced versus top Koreans versus Bomber.

i miss the mass manner mules from bomber.

The bestest strategy: When you lose with two terrans, the best plan is send even more terrans. I call it the IM strategy.

Haha both of them are using their respctive Teamgirl's account

No it just looks like flo when it is quickly moved past. It is Quanticillu that Illusion is using.
Aphrodite all kill gogogo

Not trying to be a jerk, but how does this commentator not know that walling off with a depot then halting production is standard play?
Pretty strange.

Maybe he's trying to find something to talk about. But either way, you don't just say, "Oh this is cool. Awesome. -Yeah, very cool." They should try to find something constructive to say.
He did sound either fakely or just noobily impressed.
|
O really Fuzzy? It's hard to tell on 480p on a high-res monitor -_- Fail on my behalf.
Komentaja - It's because he's not a caster/commentator. He's the head of the SC2 division for IPL and he's leaving tomorrow so he's filling in for Doa today.
TBH it shows how much SC2 the people in the SC2 side of the industry actually watch.

I love seeing drops escorted by Vikings.
|
|
|
Oh dear, frantically streaming marines into a line of parked tanks, that will kill anyone.
|
"Bomber, what the hell are you doing? That's the worst drop I've ev-. . .oh. . .sorry for doubting you."
Neat sacrifice for positioning and now he wins the game with a proper drop.
|
Holy hell.. what a steamroll
|
|
|
why would you run on the ramp hahahah that was ugly
|
Bomber botched that so hard, having 3 scvs in a bunker

Just tuned in and it sounded like Axslav was commentating.

Bomber still not quite sure whether he wants to be the best player in the world or completely terrible.

Oh wow startale sent out bomber first? They're not messing around. Sase is getting so good though. Can't see the games right now but damn that's a nice kill. You're still in this quantic!

Bring it back, bring it back. Don't take Quantic away from me because you don't know what Startale means to me!!!

lol pretty bad play by both players. And I just don't like this map, for any matchup. Doesn't make many good games outside of long ago when it was introduced in the Korean Weekly.
|
I expect startale to throw more zergs at Nani until one gets lucky enough to win. They know better than anyone how out of practice his PvZ is
EDIT: or not
|
All st has to do now is throw out Squirtle. 100% PvP winrate.
|
kingkong looks like a terrible player.
|

I think they will if Naniwa gets another win but if I was Startale I would throw out a B teamer to get some practice.

Damn I want Startale vs TSL. So sexy.

ezpz Tiger so good. Warping in Colossi like a boss =P

hmm, some questionable decisions from the Quantic manager. If he sent Sase or Naniwa out earlier to take down Bomber it would have been a different match. Players like Illusion may not be able to beat Bomber, but they have a shot against some of the lesser players that Startale sent out later.
