Went to bed after Grubby Dream and now looking through the streams it doesn't even seem like any stream showed Socke vs DRG? Help? those power rankings are always a bit silly. who in the holy hell would put Sase SEVEN spots ahead of Socke... Clide's not even on the damn list, tho if you're a Code S/ Code A Korean Terran you're going to be better than most foreigners, and hes magically behind Sheth (the person he beat yesterday surprise surprise).
Sheth ahead of Clide isn't a stretch at all. We haven't seen big things from Clide for a while and Sheth has been beating some good players recently. If they ranked Clide ahead of Sheth that would seem stranger to me.

Hopefully Stephano finishes #1 and Polt #2, so that they both have a chance to rematch in the top six. Stephano is almost guaranteed to finish first... No he's not. With two players in the Open Bracket coming into the pools with names like Oz, Alive, Leenock, still alive, they could easily take out Ganzi/Alicia and with how Stephano/Polt played yesterday, beat those guys two if they aren't up to their usual selves. One seed from the winners and one from the losers goes into the groups right ?

Both people added to the pools are from winners. The guys from the losers bracket go into the bottom of the championship bracket.

No, there are eight winner brackets. Eight players who don't lose go into pools. If you loose once, you can't make pools.
OB #1: Thorzain/Clide/Illusion OB #2: Oz/Bling OB #3: Sleep/Sase OB #4: Alive/Huk OB #5: Rain/Caliber/Spades/Fitzy (Might be the easiest group) OB #6: JYP/Idra/Axslav OB #7: Golden/Select/Suppy OB #8: Puma/Ret
Any player who gets put into the pools is going to be really good. I still think Polt/Stephano can take anyone left, but if they play super sloppy or overly greedy in the case of Polt, they could get run over by someone like an Oz or Alive. With Ganzi is playing, he'll probably get stomped by the two pool players and Alicia only got past through Polt with a timing attack and all-in, so he isn't showing the best games either.

I feel like the player is missing some of the VODs; Grubby MKP for example. I have gold - am I being an idiot?

Pretty sure MKP vs Grubby is the first series on the 3rd stream, I watched it just before.

Thank you . The answer to my question was yes as I didn't realise that all the streams had complete rebroadcasts on them - I only thought it was the first - and then I was only looking at the VODs.
Thanks again

...So? Oz is good at PvZ. Are you saying it's impossible for Stephano to lose to Oz after he lost to Inori in the last MLG?
Stephano has a very good shot at taking first, but it's not 99% confirmed. Anyone who makes it out of the Open Bracket will be a tough challenge for Stephano. Except if it's his practice partner Bling and someone like Rain.

Can anyone recommend games from day 1?

When are the games starting today?

Foreigners with a positive win rate against Koreans in pool play so far 6-3 (15-9). That's a first isn't it?

#8 PUMA VS RET!!!!!!! ON SNAP!

God, Incontrol has the toughest break ever.
First he has to go up against Suppy in his first round, which is in itself extremely bad luck, then he has to go up against blisslove, talk about your classic David vs. Goliath story.
You just know people will quote this 0:2 result out of context...
