pretty much every pro you asked after that game said PartinG was 99% + winning that game.
now, if GomTV's official rule is that you always regame even in the case of 1% chance to win, then that's okay - but it's really shitty because gomtv never ever made follow-up announcement explaining the decision.

Wow, didn't get to watch the games but the results look amazing! That is a sick line up of players to go 6-0 against, especially considering startale surely know marineking is the main man for prime and would have prepared specifically for him..
As a massive MKP fanboy a 6-0 wouldn't have detracted from this match at all! Hoping he can keep the red hot form and finally break through in code s!

my entire team instantly left our seats in disgust once they decided on a regame. my team was 80% terran and we were all avid MKP fanboys at the time. it was THAT much bullshit
(ie 100% over parting> mkp not even a question)

Because PartinG wasn't just ahead at that point, but was in the heart of the production and had enough economy to reinforce it well. If MarineKing was in the opposite situation, with say 20-30 bio units in PartinG's main and more coming on the way (and taking no economic damage), it's hard to say he wouldn't close it out with that.

Squirtle had not enough stalkers vs the vikings, so he decided to go for an all-out attack while sacrificing his Collosi to deal as much damage as possible. He wasted his High Templars (got one mediocre storm, but 4 HTs died) and didn't have enough to deal with the reinforcements
