This mass phoenix PvP is clearly something the BW pros came up with on their own. And before someone says "mass phoenix has be in SC2 since beta...blah blah blah"...no, it's not a serious branch of the meta-game, not even against dual robo. | ||

It really has been around for a long time though. Mass phoenix is really only a thing when both players go phoenix, which has happened before on quite a few occasions (just not so often on broadcasted games). I don't mean to spoil anyone's enthusiasm, but that was standard SG vs SG pvp, the same way it's been played for months. | ||
