This fast third nexus is the perfect counter to polt's play since polt always goes for late grades. To beat this 3 nexus build you need:
- tech (medivacs)
- grades

However even if he got a full scout off on natural and main, he did not have map vision of the army nor of the third. By the time he scouted it, it was to late to punish it since the gateways were already done and you need stim(and medivacs depending on size) to take map control against pure gateway.

Oz went for a greedy third like a lot of Tosses do on Daybreak, then pressure with lots of gates, and get a huge lead. That's why most Tosses pick Daybreak as their map if they lose the first or second set. The game pretty much went the same way Oz/Polt did at Columbus with Oz getting quick third, Polt not really doing anything and Oz winning with the huge econ lead. Only difference is that Polt, instead of trying to play economy with Oz like at Columbus, he tried to snipe the third in desperation and failed.

Can someone explain to me how the build Oz went with last game works. What is its weakness? In that game he went 3 base and pressured, he is barely behind on tech but on 1 more base and even supply. The third exp kicks in so fast after Polt's counterattack as well. I would think you would be too weak to make a good push going when you are taking an early third.
