No. As far as I know, they go by rank points. Major finished in the 13-16 range, which will give him 250-340 points depending on the consolation matches (alongside Machine, Sheth, and the Loser of Moon-Sjow). That places him behind the top 12 of last time + the new players that finished ahead of him this time (4 Koreans + Thorzain + Fenix + Possibly Moon) + Players under top 12 who got more rank points this time (at least Ret/Haypro/Sheth/Tyler/Sjow and possibly more depending on the consolation matches).

He has beaten MMA in the up and down matches actually.
But I still think Naniwa > HuK easily.
Until Naniwa goes through Code A, gets to Code S and stays in Code S, you cannot say he is better easily.
I am a huge HuK fan, but I don't think that is a fair statement for Naniwa. I think a fair statement is to say that there is 3-5 top foreign Protoss vying for the best Protoss title, and Nani has an edge in some peoples books, whilst HuK has an edge in others. White-Ra and Kiwikaki might also have a claim to this as well. Either way, I think it is fair to say they're all close in skill, and all very good.
And thats my point. Its close. I was just saying you cannot say Naninwa > Huk easily like the guy I quoted said. None of them have the advantage easily.
Naniwa is clearly better now than Huk was before he went to Korea. That's the only thing I feel pretty comfortably. Of course that's completely irrelevant since Huk is also a lot better now and it's very hard to compare how Huk stands up against other foreigners atm. It's hard not to have Huk at top 2 in any case imo.

Huk is doing well in Korea, but so far his biggest achievement in Korea is beating MMA in a Bo3. Its also really unfair to Naniwa to say that Huk is better because he is in a tournament Naniwa hasn't tried to enter yet, especially when Naniwa has out placed Huk all recent tournaments that they've both entered.
