We will be moderating harshly in this thread. Think twice before you post. Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum. Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service. Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Cut it out. -- updated 7:55 KST

MC has a 0-2 deficit against Idra. In the current metagame, as seen in this tournament and the GSL, PvZ is in Zerg's favor right now. If any non-Zerg is gonna win (unlikely), it's gonna be a Terran. Two good Protosses actually lost vs Zerg for the first time in forever, so now Zerg is favoured? Protos has been falling left and right in the GSL aswell

Yeah there are no Eastern European players here. Whould've been much more epic with them. True, would love to see Whitera and Kas. Any idea why they arent there? Kas and Dimaga might have Visa problems, apart from that i don't think Empire has the money to send over all their great players. The average earnings of a Ukrainian are about 280$ per month. Someone really needs to sign Kas, its a real shame he isnt supported like say Haypro for example. Yeah...you would think a team like EG would rather have him as their star terran than Lz. Little strange. EG has Demuslim as well Yeah...and he's really been lighting the world on fire.

MMA might have something to say about that. Yeah MMA will surely win if it isn't a zerg, thought SjoW has been doing great also. There's only two protoss players left in this tournament but let's not forget MC and Naniwa is at least top 3 in the world, maybe Alicia/Xiaot somewhere there. However we've got so many good zerg players: July, Losira, Idra and Sheth. No suprise if any of these guys wins the whole thing. Then of course the mediocre zergs left like HayprO, Slush and Moon who's not bad but not along the top. Sjow won't beat July.

Remember too, this is the first time MLG has done two streams for a single game like this. I would imagine it will be improved in future events.

I don't have the link with me right now but there's a graph that shows it.. This tournament just further provides more data to that graph.

This isn't 100% accurate but it's pretty close (and possibly accurate). Well if the Koreans get points for their performance, then players like Socke or lower will no longer participate in MLG, cause flying in from Europe and fighting through the Open Bracket to win money is not worth the effort. Your chances are just not high enough. When talking about Koreans im talking about those, that got invited NOT July who fought his way in there :D

MLG can't do that, they'd have to turn it into a 2 week long event rofl. yea but if they have so many games going on all the time, why dont we see any?! those downtimes are ridiculous because the cam and spectator cant just jump into a game in progress. Not to mention you wouldnt want to jump into a game and then 5 min later have a better game like ret vs thorzain start
