Streams are fine.

We will be moderating harshly in this thread. Think twice before you post. Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum. Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service. Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Cut it out. -- updated 7:55 KST

Zerg has big chances of taking this one. With MMA, ThorZain and Naniwa fighting I am inclined to disagree MC "lurking around" as well. Im very happy that the winner bracket is evenly spread. 2 z, 1 t, and 1p. Which means no mirror matches and that is just a huge win for all us spectators Naniwa lost to Slush in a PvZ. MC has a 0-2 deficit against Idra. In the current metagame, as seen in this tournament and the GSL, PvZ is in Zerg's favor right now. If any non-Zerg is gonna win (unlikely), it's gonna be a Terran. Terrans are having a much harder time win/loss wise vs zergs. The infestor buff that was meant to fix ZvP has just broken lategame ZvT until we see some good ghost transition builds coming out. Not necessarily a balance whine, just a meta game thing, getting so many marines to combat the mutalisks has left so little room for ghosts in terran builds

Those 3 are just incredibly good right now. Shockingly they all became better than MC in the past month. A Zerg will win this though and I'll be very, very surprised if it isn't a ZvZ final. Sadly, this seems to be the case. But Naniwa, Thorzian, MC and MMA are still fighting!

A LOT better in fact Who cares, this isnt dreamhack yea sadly its not yes because stating that Dreamhack was better makes any difference or means anything whatsoever right now. yea it does. if anyone from the mlg staff reads this (they might) they will see that people liked dreamhacks organization A LOT more, it received way better reviews. then they might think about improving their service and make a better schedule so we can actually see some games

Yeah there are no Eastern European players here. Whould've been much more epic with them. True, would love to see Whitera and Kas. Any idea why they arent there? Kas and Dimaga might have Visa problems, apart from that i don't think Empire has the money to send over all their great players. The average earnings of a Ukrainian are about 280$ per month. Someone really needs to sign Kas, its a real shame he isnt supported like say Haypro for example. Yeah...you would think a team like EG would rather have him as their star terran than Lz. Little strange. He's in empire...

Any who finish 11th or higher would be higher than Gretorp. Any who finish top 10 or higher would be higher than Huk. Any who finish 8th or higher would be higher than LiquidTyler. Any who finish 6th or higher would be higher than Socke. Any finishing 5th or higher would be higher than Moonan and Drewbie. Any who finish 3rd or higher would be higher than TLO. Any who finish 2nd or higher would be higher than incontrol. Any who finish 1st would be higher than Kiwikaki and Select. This isn't 100% accurate but it's pretty close (and possibly accurate). Gretorp is out of top 16. Huk is out of top 16. Tyler is in danger of dropping out of top 16. Socke can't drop out barely. Moonan and Drewbie can't drop out barely. TLO, Incontrol, Kiwikaki, and Select are safe.

Grab some replays, cast them. who cares about replays, everyone knows results lol I don't agree with the dude you're quoting, but that's kind of ridiculous. It's not about results. If you could only see the results of games you wouldn't love ESPORTS. It's an experience. You need to see those games live, with good casters, and in the company of TL LR thread people to get that full ESPORTS experience. The results matter, but the games and the matches matter more!

What they should do is to mix the bracket as much as possible and distort the competiotion as little as possible. F.e. 6th gA, 5th gB, 4th gC, 3rd gD, 2nd gA.
