Okay we're going to start cracking down on people bashing players for no reason. You don't have to like every player, but at least show some respect. (as of page 402) |

Moonan and slog. And maybe I was overestimating Sheth but I wanted him to top his group SOOO badly.
And I'm super hyped they're going, but I'm worried how they'll do.

Moon: 3 - 2 MMA: 5 - 0 July: 4 - 0 (his loss was to a korean) MC: 4 - 1 Losira: 5 - 0
Koreans: 21 - 3
If you take into account that Moon isn't even good enough for Code A, and that MC said he was extremely jet lagged against grack, I think we can end the argument here. The gap IS huge. Korea FIGHTIN!! ^^; Quit making excuses for Koreans. Freaking hate this. First its the server lags from cross country, then MLG decides to fly Koreans over for LAN, BUT NOOOOO That's not good enough for you. Now they have jet lag. Freaking deal with it. Top foreigners can easily take out Koreans, they aren't fucking Gods. Excuses? Koreans have destroyed foreigners so far. Yeah, you're including the wins of the tier 2 Foreigners, maybe if Gomtv sent over tier 2 koreans, we can start talking about wins and shit. But as far as I'm concerned the Top top foreigners are doing REALLY REALLY well against the Top foreigners, stop trying to feign Korean dominance when there isn't any.
21-3 is quite dominant

results of thorzain/idra and mma/july?

I encourage you to go find proof of similar foreign dominance against Koreans in a LAN setting. I'm sorry but as this tournament has shown, MID TIER KOREANS > TOP FOREIGNERS GSL world champs? where korea wins by 1 and that one person is nestea who before that had never droped a ZvZ on tv? ya id say thats good proof that they are even Isn't that the series where San massed carriers?

Why did CatZ dodge July in the open bracket? Or is there another reason why he didn't show?

Those are all pretty sick players, not really that terrible to loose only when you're only playing players of this caliber, aslong as you give them a run for their money ofcourse. But no doubt Gretorp can't be happy with these results, just we've still got to remember how sick all these players are. The whole point is, he doesn't belong with them. Therefore he shouldn't be seeded into future MLGs but apparently he will be.
He'll probably be out unless he makes an unlikely run in the Loser's bracket.
I think there was far too much bitching about him being seeded this time - he won in the loser's bracket and in consolation matches after losing in the hardest group by far, and only made it when people didn't show up - but if he ends up seeded next time without a hilarious Loser's bracket run that will deserve getting shit.

If you take into account that Moon isn't even good enough for Code A, and that MC said he was extremely jet lagged against grack, I think we can end the argument here. The gap IS huge. Korea FIGHTIN!! ^^; Well Moon is an average korean and he lost a bit. And the other 4 are without a doubt 4 of the very best players in Korea. If these guys were only playing 4 of the top top top foreigners e.g. IdrA, Thorzain, Nani and Whitera, I'm sure the results would be fairly balanced. The koreans are playing people who are not on their level and not the best the foreign scene have to offer. Ofcourse all of these code s calibre players are pwning random foreigners, but the best of the best are still fairly equal in my opinion. Uh, no. The foreigners you mentioned are the best of the best foreigners. The Koreans sent to MLG are 2nd tier (-MC) compared to the likes of MVP and especially Nestea. Nice try though... MMA, Losira and July are not second tier.
Cos Nestea is currently top tier... and it is hard to match the current God of Zerg

I found that one really low and shallow. She doesn't even have large breasts .__. LOL, you don't need a super hot and attractive girl with big boobs to make a good commercial... Well they always make the commercial better I don't mind the girl. It is so absurd. I love absurd commercials. Playing against herself and then stabbing herself in the boobs while saying it in the most monotome voice. Absurd. And funny. I guess I didn't get the joke when she said she had nice breasts but wears a suit to hide it. Maybe she's trolling us.

This is why i'm so impressed with Sundance this time around... http://lockerz.com/s/107819035
weather is so bad that it flooded somewhere inside the convention center and they are still going strong

Awww Morrow out TT. That makes me a bit sad. His bad ZvZ strikes again. If he could just improve that matchup a bit...

I think Sheth played relatively well, but choked hard against MMA. The other guys...not so much. Then again, it could just be poor form for Qxc right now - I think if he practices hard on his mechanics, he is in good shape. FXO won't win the GSTL, but I wouldn't be surprised if they can challenge a couple of the bottom tier teams.

What's the point of the loser open bracket? Is it just for MLG points?

If gretorp can win at least 1 series in the championship rounds, yes he will STILL be seeded. ..... Well that is pretty stupid. Actually, I think he needs to win 2 series to survive. Not 100% sure, someone correct me please. I don't know how the addition of the Koreans throws off the seeding, I think Gretorp needs to win 2.
He won Optikzero last MLG AND had to wait for some Europeans to drop out of this MLG to get back into pool play.
