It's called being a professional? lol

Yeah, I'm glad Idra is being tactful. Nothing wrong with civility.

that might not be the best thing for a professional organization, but i think IdrA and Artosis should replace their imbalance show with no restraints casting where they could just say whatever the fuck they want while casting a match

I just want to say NASL has improved leaps and bounds from when I first started watching on Day 1. The changes are so drastic it has really improved so much. Good job to the guys up there doing what they need to to get better. And artosis you make me sad

i feel like if he were to come out and say things like that, a ton of the people who are watching would do nothing but criticize his commentary, saying that the NASL is doing a huge disservice by letting someone 'so unprofessional and childish' make comments and things along those lines.
They're trying really hard to present a product with decent production value and a professional atmosphere. They pulled the "when cheese fails" due to its vulgarity (at least i haven't seen it since, i haven't caught every episode live), and i commend them for at least TRYING to keep a professional environment.
In short, i feel like what you're asking for would basically ruin the NASL.

kkkkk, yeah well, I think gretorp and incontrol kinda threw professionalism into the wind with the antics they've been doing. Plus what part of NASL strikes you as professional? lol. So why not go along with it with pure Idra. It'll drum up alot more viewers I bet.

Yeah, gotta admit. I was one of those who was really critical, but their stream has gotten alot better. And they're actually being proactive by rebroadcasting after JTV screwup.

Yes, lets go tell Idra to throw away NASL's reputation and his own just to entertain a few people that watch Starcraft to see Idra rage over dumb things. Intelligent.

what part of NASL is professional? The part where they're trying to gain an audience and bring a legitimate idea of eSports to the west...
what part stands out to you as particularly UNprofessional? i feel like, "idra being idra" won't drum up any more viewers than his being on the show already has. a lot of people are really turned off by the whole bm attitude and calling people names, especially when trying to adopt the idea of professionalism.

vs incontrol and gretorp? how many sexual innuendos have you kinda heard in the past few weeks?

People can joke around. Tossing insults at players for the entertainment of mongrels is not ok.

I wish this rebroadcast became the norm. I'm busy most of the day but seeing this recast would fit perfectly with my schedule. Otherwise i'll have to watch most of it with the euros .

cool cool. I'm not bashing NASL. I think they found their groove by being a place where they screen games from the biggest names amongst the foreign community along with appearences by korean big names. Plus they have been taking great strides in fixing their stream from their initial incompetence (face it, it is a reality that they were terrible in the beginning)
But you have to admit, that they are alot more lax in terms of gay jokes, chilling by commentators etc... Plus Idra just doesn't feel like Idra. Without his acerbity, he just sounds bored. Much better analysis but just bored and Gretorp without Incontrol to play off just seems muted as well.

I think that's what the pay to view vods are for. Plus as you say, they are already broadcasting twice.

Mongrels as in people that feed off of Idra getting upset over the game.

well i caught up on the NASL. TY JTV for stream problems and TY NASL for rebroadcast

Does anyone else get angry with Gretorps "Jump to Conclusion" style of casting? Im really not trying to bash him as a person, ive watched him improve and get better each and every week and i respect that. What I am complaining about, is the obvious fact that he just doesnt think before he speaks. Its as if hes barely glancing at the games sometimes. " Takes out every Viking!" he'll exclaim, as 7-8 vikings are visibly still alive and safe and sound. "Loses all his tanks!!" as he only maybe loses a couple, far from all. He just says things that simply arent true, and it isnt because he wants to troll us its because he gets too excited and just blurts out whatever hes thinking. Very weird feeling of frustration, anger and then laughing at it because its just bad casting... /Rant
