It's hard to say who is more awesome. Imo, we just make Day9 and TotalBiscuit the 2 permanent casters for all SC2 events from now on. No he's not. He's some random guy in it for the money with a horribly annoying voice. On top of that he says some really stupid shit. Cannot wtch a game if he is casting it. Ok now I know you're trolling. I agree that totalbiscuit lack knowledge, but hey if he brings more attention to sc2, thats not a bad thing His voice is annoying, his personality is annoying, his lack of SC2 knowledge is annoying. I'd rather watch a week old replay than him casting a live game. TB needs to find the zen of an eagle. He needs to find a gym.

The sense of entitlement amongst these posters is disgusting. You act as if MLG owes you a blood debt because you paid $10 for a HD pass which they are going to refund anyway. The true fans of SC2 and e-sports are horrified at how badly the weekend has gone and are collectively crossing our fingers they can salvage something out of this. The rest of you are just bottom feeders with nothing else to do but spam F5 and scream bloody murder. SO MUCH truth in this post. 100% agree. Im a big e sports fan and im sad about how things have gone, but getting angry and blaming people isnt helping anyone, is pathetic, and is making the matter all the worse BOTH QFT, I just couldn't find a nice way to put it without some very tasteless words. TL has been utterly pathetic this weekend. So many fucking 14year old girls bitching about everything not understanding anything about running such a tourny

To effectively "Test" the situation that they've come across they would have to have tens of thousands of people log into the stream of all three games while spamming F5 and cross posting photoshops to TL. This is while 300 or so competitors actively compete on an outgoing internet connection from the convention center and god knows what else might be happening via wifi or at the convention center itself. Unfortunately they can't replicate that situation until the tournament is live. Add in the fact that they cant just set up a huge LAN like previously and you can see how things spiral out of control. They've diagnosed the problem, its a piece of hardware at the ISP that is unable to deal with the traffic. The solution is moving to a partner based streaming model so they arent handling the infrastructure themselves since MLG should not be worried about being networking experts they should be worried about running awesome tournaments. I suspect this is the direction they will go in the future. I feel terrible for the MLG crew because I know how horrible they must all feel. I also doubt the other NA leagues are excited to see someone fail because the better MLG does the more the appetite will be for their products.
