You don't get up at 9AM and play for 6 hours when you are not trying.

but then that's their every day schedule well i just meant MKP was playing really terribly, no where near the level of his play in GSL

Have you seen his recent GSTL game? He looked to be in worse game shape than FD (in relative terms according to their own races). I don't know what's going on - he looked decent against Leenock in the up/down, but has been playing like crap ever since.
In regards to some of the surprising results thus far: just imo, but I don't feel like it should be surprising to anyone. The best players can lose in a BO3 with a game this volatile, and honestly, people need to stop complaining about factors such as lag when every player knew full well how potentially bad it could be. You either adjust or you lose - and players who didn't do that, well, lost. Just that simple.
On the other hand, people also need to fucking stop attributing one series or even an entire tounament as evidence of "skill" superiority or disparity. A BO3 win or even a great run through a tournament does not define the greatness of a player or the general skill level of a region. Greatness is defined through years of results - thus, MC isn't "god" (far from it) in the same way that Euros aren't suddenly "Korean-killers." Some people really need some perspective.

Well it's not really about winning or losing, just how he's playing. Did you see his game vs Super, 1st game? It was just awful... Really disappointed in him so far :/

i think alot of korean progamers tend to go good all ins in beginning of tourneys. same as gsl if you see all ro64 32 most of them are not even 15minutes long.

Anyways, SuperNoVa has been looking quite strong - wouldn't be surprised if he takes this entire tournament, although his TvT has been suspect (up/down + GSTL). SeleCT will be a good test for sure.

WE.LonerPrime vs MarineKingPrime.WE will be the last game cast today!

Why not? He loses all the time, hasn't won a tournament for ages to my knowledge.

Idra is super solid, but somehow he always loses.

MKP couldn't really micro his army because of lag.

Blame lag all you want, but in the losers bracket, MKP has gotten as far as he can, as could Socke. Gained exceptionally morre respect for Socke. What a fucking beast.
