Yes ofcourse. But, imo atleast, APM is not so important in sc2 and he dosnt spam, which can lead to low average apm (he spikes quite high in mid-late) and hes obviously a very skilled player, considering his list of achievements. Just seems weird to not recuit someone (you said you were considering to approach atleast) because of relatively low APM and not as much scouting (which he is trying to change).
