Xeris, That's a pretty good summary of all the reasonable teams I do believe, I will definitely stay tuned to see who is picked and how everything goes ^_^

Didn't they just get assimilated into complexity?

No that was Nova and only 1 player from vvv went there from what I know unless others got an invite

Also yeah NRG also. I'm surprised VT was picked over one of those two especially considering NRG has been dominating lots of clans lately and vvv just won the SCL and I dunno what VT has done lately in terms of clan wars.

Only 1 other good team played in SCL (EG), and with the format of those clanwars it's not like the best team wins every time, so in my opinion winning SCL isn't such a huge accomplishment.

When I look at vVv lineup I see, Rigid as the only notable name, and Murder who hasn't played anything since the summer. VT's got strong players such as Spades and bLuR who are competing/placing well in many events.

There are several teams I think could be in here, so I'm leaving it up to them to sway me

Uh so your saying NRG isn't good? vVv beat NRG then beat EG to win it. Pretty good accomplishment imo. Was just curious on the reasoning behind it but to say only 1 good team when there was NRG as well .
When I think of something else, something will go here

Also a question, How do incontrol and gretorp cast when their teams are in the clan war? Do they plan on not participating or what?

Theres always going to be debate about who should be included when there is a small pool of teams.

mTw, ALT, and RoX.KiS are all good 8th team choices.

mTw: DeMuslim and Dimaga, quiet since beta but still big names.

ALT: Socke and Darkforce.

RoX.KiS: Brat_OK still there, used to have bigger names but most left iirc.

Not beta, sorry. Neither of them have won anything since around October.

The reason for making this an 8 team league is due to time constraints. We want to limit our events to a few months and provide in depth coverage. If we expanded the league we wouldn't be able to cast every single match. This way, we get the coverage that we're looking for, keep the event short and sweet, and heighten the competition.

The unfortunate part about limiting the league to 8 teams (obviously) is that really deserving teams will be left out. There are, in my mind, about 10 really competitive teams that could take the last spot, but only one will ultimately be able to. Luck of the draw @_@
