You need some colossus otherwise terran can literally go mass marine and walk over you. Storm takes too long to research if you are planing on expanding after 2 gate robo or 1gate

I wonder how much these delays cost mlg. If it's alot then i fear mlg wont bother with sc2 anymore since you will never know when battlenet freaks out.

What would the format have been if TT1 and Jinro had not played each other in the Winner's Bracket? Would they play a best of 7 starting at 0-0, and if TT1 won that, play another best of 7?

Halo usually lasts a bit longer than SC2, I doubt there is anymore cost, they just gotta pack up and get out earlier assuming they only rented the center through sunday. Much easier to clean up Xbox than PCs

Yet SCII gets almost as much/as many viewers than Halo does, so they'd be axing one of their more popular games.
Also, they need to increase the prize pool for SCII. H3 championships are worth 100000 USD for first place, or 25000 a winner.

This sooo much reminds me of a football champions league game way back (Real Madrid-Borussia Dortmund) where one of the goals broke before the game and it took ages to replace them. The commentators had to stall for two hours i think, and their entertaining way of doing it (e.g. 'If you tune in only now - one goal has already fallen...' - dunno if that translation makes sense) won them quite some fame...
