That "doesn't" change in time because of points inflation and disregards differences between divisions. So we can know better what level to expect.

I'm looking for training partners for all 3 races. I'd love to just be able to play the same map against the same guy several times and exchange advice, retry the same thing, retry stuff.

Mainly i'd like to polish some build order responses and how to repel certain cheezies.
