And when you guys talk about "making money" consider that

a) We don't do this for money or profit.
b) I negotiated the prices for two weeks to make sure we get fair prices.
c) Any markup we ever do is to cover shipping costs or to help SOG out when he has to spend his weekends sending hundreds of shirts to people.
d) any small profit we end up making goes into TL account for events like Liquibition or into the treasure chest.
