Nice write-up. More entertaining format, since more personal thought and opinion is given but can't leave out the actual recap. A good recap can tell people who didn't even watch a good semblance of how the game was played out. And, would have liked an actual serious portion to the map analysis.

Otherwise, continue this format.

Holy writeup Batman! I loved the Bel'Shir Beach analysis, probes truly are not best used for scientific dissections.

This was the best GSL tournament so far. I was so disappointed after DRG lost to MMA, that I forgot how awesome that series was. Thank you for letting me enjoy those final 9 games.

I really enjoyed the article and appreciated the coverage.

However, I felt that the statement that protoss was the most confident going into every matchup was simply false. Protoss have been struggling tremendously lately in both non-mirror matchups, and our mirror matchup is almost a coin flip.

Also, there was no protoss love at all. Every protoss win was described as cheese or "cute" builds. So none of the protoss won with macro builds? When you watch the games, you know that's just not true. There were jabs at almost every single protoss players, including MC. Also, some of the players you were heaping with praise were the ones who were cheesing time after time.

Those jabs and sarcastic remarks were funny, but after the 10th one about protoss, it got slightly irritating.

Every GSTL has been fantastic... from the very 1st one on the new large maps which showed that SC2 had some potential.

This one was the best yet... I feel for DRG though - he could have taken the game if he had counter attacked MMAs 3rd the first time MMA was attacking his 4th.

BTW how did the finals only get 4 stars?

That was the best series of games in SC2 yet.

Unless you are ranking SC2 games vs. BW... which is a whole different can of worms.
