Agreed... clearly don't mind him removing it for interviews after, but his look is him with that hoodie while playing. If it helps calm him down, then he should keep using it!

Nice read! However, one thing caught my eye:

I keep track on SC2 news pretty good, but who is TTOne? Anyone know any of his previous tournament placings? Seeing as this tournament didn't go so well for him :p

Yeah, those are what I wanted to watch also, I don't believe those were casted on the big screen and took place while the Quake Live finals were taking place. Regardless, great write-up, I thought it was a great event, and grats to Fenix and day9 for being a total baller with his fans!

Unfortunately these games weren't cast because the Counter-Strike 1.6 final was going on at the same time. HuK and drewbie's first-person screens were active, but half the viewers didn't even realize that these games were the 3/4th place match for quite some time. It was funny, a bunch of disgruntled SC2 fans forced to watch CS...

Fenix was the dark horse, he swept in under everyone's radar and just dominated. There wasn't any point in the tournament where it looked like anyone was able to stop him.

Good event - with there had been more media coverage, though.

Congrats to Fenix, though I was really pulling for Drewbie in their SF match...Drewbie totally had that series too until he made a critical error.

Great write up! Worth to wake up early and check out TL before sun rises :D

qxc's play was really impressive, pity that he didnt make it to the finals.

And congratz to fenix, who is kinda strange to me because he is always behind in supply in early game but somehow catch it up in mid/late game. I really wonder how he does that.

Day9 saved the day again. no offence to gunrun, who seems to be a nice guy but imo sean did everything at his own.
I wouldnt have noticed any difference if day9 casted the event alone.

All the games played were great. Rapha owned quake live and then EG lossing in CS 1.6 was a pretty big upset. They were all great games.

The only problem I had with the stream was that they never onced showed the main stage. The camera was always focused on the casters and we never got to see any players, unless they helped with casting. I think overall the stream for me get's a 2 out of 5.
