Staggering fifty keys a day to veterans and noobies alike! The first 50 keys had some jumping for joy, but there were much more who were less fortunate. The unchosen veterans guffawed as they said "so much for post-counts!" The hopeful first-post self-nominators shook their heads, not surprised that their pleas went unanswered. But nonetheless, all fifty who were graced with a SC2 beta key were deserving. They all have earned it in their own way, be it through years of contribution or excellence at finding information. But hundreds upon hundreds of souls remain in disappointment. The new accountsmen leave TL as easily as they signed up. The spirits of oldtimers were battered broken as they asked "What must I do to be deserving?" How many souls have swallowed bitter contempt as their hopes went unheard once more, as it did at the ridiculous circus that was the facebook F5 contest? Hundreds upon hundreds. Well. It seems that it's not yet time to take your hand off the keyboard. Hundreds saw the key slip past their fingers, but despair no more! 500 more keys! RANDOM draws! RANDOM giveaways! RANDOM challenges! Another opportunity! I can already hear the earth rumbling as the last-time-unfortunates turn their heels, point their toes once more to the Starcraft sanctuary known as TeamLiquid, and prepare to finally grasp the wretched letters-and-digits that has hundreds upon hundreds fretting. Well then. LET THE MADNESS BEGIN! | ||
