Night 4 I walked up to the distributor's warehouse, frustrated by yet another botched order. Looking at my contact information I stepped at the check-in desk. "Is there a Mr. Eric Tumblewood around?" I asked the guard. "Uh, ma'am," he replied, "let me phone upstairs, they might be able to help you." "Sure thing," I said, "I want to speak to how deeply disappointed I have been with the last several shipments. I know I had issues with the vodka swap but that's a separate problem..." "Wait a minute," the guard cautioned. "You mean Tumble? Yeah yeah we call him Tumble. Yeah, he's messed up a few orders, Jimmy couldn't have him lying around. He was sacked, like last week." "Oh......well then." "Yeah, you are more than welcome to speak to supply chain, but I'm pretty sure your problems are accounted for, yours wasn't the only complaints we've been getting."
