Let me put it this way: Vivax is a policy lynch because he's Vivax. I hate the way he plays and will happily see him dead. Chance of him flipping scum = (number of scum in game)/24, so slightly over 1/4?
H1der is a mafia read. I think my mafia reads are pretty good, so > 50/50 chance he's scum. Clearly the better lynch.

hmm i just read how the deadline actually works, I'll be around properly for the last hour ish then. I thought voting continued up to the phase deadline, but it looks like everything needs to be in by resolution deadline.

Technically I think Dandelion actually was first to say let's lynch Vivax. iamp simply did a +1. 23 hours ago I said if Vivax continues to do nothing then we should kill him. This sentiment from me is directly from my experience with him as a scummate before. iamp didn't bring Vivax up again till 2 hours ago.

Yes 1700edt is at 5pm Eastern. In from this post.
And all actions are due in at this point. Anyone who doesnt send in actions with have a 5 HP penalty. Voting is also closed at this time. Anyone failing to vote will get a warning. A second time failing to vote will result in your modkill.
