16 town, 4 scum, 4 "neutral" 3p doesn't sound balanced. If we assume the 3p are at worst a distraction for town, then this means a town:scum ratio of 4:1. This is very town favored, More likely is 15:5 for a 3:1 ratio. Expect a 5man scumteam, and/or some nasty 3p shenannies.
@ptmc: my check is completely useless for helping town or scum. It only informs me about whether the target is my enemy or not.

4:1 is town favored at first glance, but scum have (had?) a no-lynch and everyone is throwing around kp like its killsgiving.
