Its a really old OP that hasnt been updated on the site. I thought it had. We recently had a disscusion on to modkill on first no vote. The consensus was to warn then modkill on the second.
The koshi thing. The very first game I hosted I modkilled someone on their first no vote. We had a voting thread and he voted in the main thread but not the voting thread. Koshi went insane in that game because of the modkill and was modkilled himself and got a 3 game ban from me.

I played atrociously but I had more fun than I normally do. Less time and emotional investment in the game helped me.
Damdred played pretty beastly.

On gameplay:
(1) EMC should have gotten lynched at some point. DT (any amount), 2 masons and veteran are 4 roles in m13. Even if you didn't know that, prplhz was at least held accountable via checks that made sense, and DCW had overall townie play and the mason claim. EMC had neither town play nor any accountable checks.
4 blues is too town favoured and TL veterans should have seen that from a mile away. I tried to sort out situations in obs qt where I could balance with 2 masons and a vet and I saw one possible setup but prplhz claim (see #2) should have made EMC autolynch.
(2) Damdred played well. Had a lot of room to work with but prplhz had excellent checks. I had both Kruppe and KSC as hard scum reads based on votes and overall gameplay, checks made absolute sense.
(3) I thought roles were balanced. It is quite possible to have 3 blues and still have the game be balanced. Investigative side, town are advantaged with up to 4 people being confirmed, but majority lynch (in a disorganised town especially) really helped scum.
(4) The Kush nightkill made me suspect - and this is where Shapelog was on the right track - that Vivax/Damdred were tinfoil territory. Kush did hardly shit all d1, so I concluded partially it was a bluehunt kill (and so it was) this indicated to me that scum were sitting nicely AND someone who knew Kush's meta was probably scum. But both Vivax and Damdred were playing so damned town.
(5) Skynx picked it up nicely. WP.
As for conduct, like I said in the last game, if you have a problem with the host, take it up in PM land. Also by that time, Onegu had re-reviewed his own action and modkilled LS. There was no reason to get annoyed on that. Re: Shapelog, all you'd have to have done is bring up the issue - why wasn't he modkilled. If that was already in PM land, then deal with it but if not that's how you're supposed to deal, not take matters into your own hands.
Unfortunately for EMC, he's become Chairman Ray, rolling mafia all the time. We call this the Natural Born Mafia, that is, we assume you are mafia until you do something to prove otherwise 
Also feel for DCWasabi, first two games here ended this way. I hope you are aware that it's not always or even close like this.
As for poor temperament, Snickers did bring that up in Obs QT, re those PMs, that was nothing compared to another game he was in - Down Under 2 - where Robik was modkilled and got his infamous semiperm for repeated behaviour modkills, 3 in 2 months IIRC. Was pretty sure at that time he had been referring to that game plus the LS modkill on the BM.
If you have a problem with scummates (not the case I don't think but I have seen it before) you can also take it up with the host if you cannot sort it out in QT.

No he never brought up shape should have been modkilled until after he outed the qt. The only thing he PM'd me about was skynx should have been modkilled for that post.

Last comment on gameplay, agreed on the prplhz push on Damdred. I think if you put that with possible NK WIFOM, and pieced the votes together a little better you'd have had a more tangible argument against him.
Even then there is still no way I would have lynched Damdred before EMC. Vorono had several towny posts, and the rest were mostly or solidly town for me.

- snickers deserves a 12 game ban at least for the 12 people's time he wasted. would rather it be semi-permanent for obvious reasons. same goes for ve from last game. this really shouldn't be an issue.
- damdred was pretty good. probably helped that he looked pretty active in comparison to town.
- sorry ec for getting scum a third time. really hope you get to play town with us. town though should have seen him (same behavior, meh reads) from a mile away.
- this vorono fellow is promising. not sure why people scumread him for reading ec without much explanation, if palmar did that you'd take turns sucking his dick instead. also it was a very good read.
- sorry to everyone who had their game ended prematurely, and onegu. fwiw it was a good setup.

Thanks. I liked the set up. Also why do people hate scum. My first 2 games were scum and 3 of the first 5 and I would much rather roll scum than town. I must just be a asshole.
Prplhz played his checks well and even though he had damdred checked and changed it in the last 30 minutes.
