I think it makes scott look scummy. GB didn't want his vote to suspiciously save his scumbuddy but he didn't want to contribute to his scumbuddy's death either.

This would actually strongly indicate that Scott is town.

GB was active at deadline, but didn't have any care as to who got lynched between Scott and Palmar. GB may have been trolling this whole game but I still think he'd try to save his teammate.
