Okay, I agree, but from my perspective a lot of forum games killing is optional - what's rare are games where you're allowed to shoot your teammates, but holding shots are fairly common.

Either way, the setup isn't completely open and so doesn't matter.

Like you're not allowed to hold your shot in IRL mafia or Video mafia because generally speaking there aren't flips, so town HAS to have that information. But forum mafia is different because everything is kept on file for everyone to peruse, and there are flips. I just don't see many hosts DISALLOWING holding shots. Hell, it's why EVERYONE jumped to that conclusion Koshi.

The rules clearly state that scum KP is ALWAYS 1.

Like... the host doesn't have to tell us his rules. But it is in the rules so it counts.

Show me a game which says that scum kp is always 1 and they are allowed to hold shots.

There probably aren't. And the Kurumi game was without holding shots. And that was a normal mini mafia.

Why would this be different?

Like newbies are normal games, and they can't hold shots.

If holding shots is legal then I think it was Koshi. If not then it has to have been Onegu or rayn, and in my opinion it's Onegu because of him appealing to rayn when pleading with town.

I mean, I have, but only in like, vanilla games or stuff like that. Stuff where there's not much information to begin with, so town NEEDS the information a shot provides. In general in those games scum are disallowed from shooting their mafia partners for the same reason.
