1. If you wanted a read, why don't you write "What do you think of Vivax and Djodref ?" instead of "Do you think Djodref or Vivax is scum?" the latter indicates that you were wary of Vivax and me. But here is a little explanation on my last will: the thing is I was starting to get sold on the fact that HF was scum because Hopeless brought some valid points against him. I thought I was going to get shot by the vig (it's rayn btw) and I wanted to make a last will which would partially "solve" the game. So I was edging the bet I made on HF being maf with you being maf, because you were his main tunnel. Hence the 1 scum in HF/DP with more chances for him to be HF.
Also I'm not interested in anyone but Oats at the moment. No real idea who could be the last mafia. I could lynch Slam by elimination but not today.

Regarding HF's kill, there are possibilities
1) DP is mafia
2) mafia wanted to frame DP
3) mafia hated like HF's spam -> joke
I personally don't think it's 1 because scum DP would have tried harder to push other lynches than GT and Vivax ones.
The truth I should look closer on how he tried to push your lynch, and also a closer look on DP and HF cases on general, but that's a fuckton of work and I hope the game is going to be solved by cop or better players before I have to do that.
Also I think the priority is to lynch Oats today.
On a side note, I would say that mafia use the Luger on HF and the real kill on Koshi. Rayn was getting protected for sure so you want to shut down another town hero. If that's the case, I don't think HF kill is so relevant.
But it means that Koshi list could be more threatening to mafia than, let's say, Palmar's list...
