Yes you would actually interrupt the q and he will auto you but q will not do damage.Her charm is a taunt but instead of attacking you he just runs towards you.It still interrupts q.

I wonder if aatrox should go hydra against nid, it's not like blade is going to really get an aatrox to catch nid and at least it'll be better wave clear at the turret. Then again that downtime of hydra during lane with tiamat would hurt.

From my experience with Rammus he doesn't actually interrupt dashes (nor stop their damage) when he taunts. I've taunted Jax mid-jump and his target would still take damage and only then he'd start hitting me. Charm on the other hand works as a move-block it seems, so it interrupts a bunch of stuff.

It comes down to timing.Just like how blitz can pull tristana and you can jump after a grab lands on you.For regular taunts that is.
