2-1 against Vulcun so far. From there it depends on how tight they are with Crunchy Roll. Assuming CLG 2-0s, of course.

Vulcun looks very strong this week, but you're right in that C9 may choose to not try their best in that last game vs. TSM considering that having TSM as 3rd will put them on different sides of the bracket. CLG SHOULD 2-0 Dig and Crs, but then again it is CLG and the opposite could happen

I learnt last season you can never underestimate TSM. The TSM v C9 game could well come down to who C9 prefer to play. I reckon they'd probably prefer to play TSM but I'm not C9 and that also relies on CLG going 2-0.

Because 3 plays 6 in the quarter, and 4 plays 5. Thus, because they dont reseed, #1 doesnt have a chance of facing #3 in the semis. Its just like how in the NCAA brackets have #1-16 vs. 8-9 instead of facing the winner of 2-15.

4th plays 5th, winner plays 1st winners of those play for summer split championship losers of the first round matches play for 5th/6th, 6th goes relegation losers of the second round matches play for 3rd/4th and the 3rd is the last spot to worlds

Not suggesting to a match fixing point or anything but C9 does have a preference for TSM to advance as far as possible.

Obviously this has something to do with it being a 6 team playoff though( which is an odd number for a tournament). Just pretend there are imaginary 7 and 8 seeds that replace the byes.

It'll certainly be interesting to watch, on reddit there was a post made about it saying C9 will definitely lose to TSM.

While it's possible they will, the teams won't be dumb enough to make it obvious or they'll be punished by Riot. It'll probably be a pretty close game that will at least look like the winner outplayed the loser. All that said, CLG and Vulcun are the two teams that took games off C9 this split while they pretty much dominated TSM in every game expect their Week 1 game, would C9 really risk a semifinals against CLG rather than face #FreeSM for the chance at worlds? How far does their friendship really take them when so much is stake? I doubt C9 throws, and even if they do, we'll likely never know they did.

I believe in the power of TSM to lose horribly.

Rather bad scheduling by Riot honestly. C9 and TSM being sister teams was known as soon as Jack picked them up . Even if C9 doesn't intentionally lose I don't see them playing as hard as the other games this week even though those games weren't even playing hard lol.

Because I'm fairly sure these schedules were probably done well before C9 started stomping everyone.
